Blanche's friend May breaks the tragic news to Ken, and later reveals to him and his wife Deirdre that Blanche had found love abroad, but sadly died of a heart attack before she got the chance to share the news with her loved ones. Grief-stricken Deirdre breaks down when she finds a letter from her deceased mother. Meanwhile, as stunned as she is to find out about her grandmother's death, Tracy quickly sees how she could use the forthcoming funeral as an excuse to be given permission to temporarily leave prison. Will she manage to be released?
